the pacific at 82 degrees, the beers cost two dollars for one liter...life is good here in el tunco, what can i say. this is the last of my 3 nights here. things have been great! i attempted surfing yesterday (read=fail) but had a good time. unfortunately that lead to me getting really burned. i guess spf 30 doesn´t do the trick here! yikes. so today i avoided all sun and sat in a hammock listening to music wishing i could go swim in the ocean to cool off. but really, there is nothing to complain about, right?! tomorrow i´ll head to a cool colonial town inland called juayua. its up where coffee plantations are and they have a food fair there every weekend. its very popular, and well reviewed. so i´ll do that unless i decide tonight to head to a party that some couchsurfers are throwing tomorrow night. that will extend my stay here in el salvador, but it would be very good to hang out with some LOCALS. this trip has been hanging out with gringos, and that wasn´t my intention to do the whole time! we shall see what happens.
here are some photos i´ve posted in my boredom! check em out at http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=196027&id=801749501&l=d99c53d8cc
until juayua...o guatemala. brazos a todos.
I love reading about your travels. Keep it up!
